Education

1994-2000: Studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Public and Municipal Administration.

2000-2002: Holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of East Carolina, USA.

Career

1997-2000: Worked in the Center of Information Resources and Technologies and the Department of Foreign Relations of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2002-2004: Worked in the Market Operations Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2004-2011: Worked as the head of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Economic Analysis of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.

2011: Appointed as the Chairman of Azercosmos OJSC by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 24, 2011.

2021: Appointed Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
