2009 – 2010: Master’s  degree in Management of Economic and Financial Sectors, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Career

2010 – 2012: Served as Economist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2012 – 2018: Served as Economist and Senior Economist at the Ministry of Finance, Australia.

2018 – 2021: Served as Senior Lecturer in Economics at ADA University

2018 – 2020: Served as Consultant and Macroeconomist at the World Bank, Australia Office

2020 – 2021: Served as Economist at the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Azerbaijan.

2021 – 2026: Served as Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport.

2026:  Appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
