2002–2006: Received Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

2008–2010: Received a Master’s degree in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

2013: Completed a professional development course on strategic management organized by Maastricht School of Management (MSM) together with ADA University.

2020: Participated in the Adaptive Strategic Management Program of ADA University and Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (USA).

Career

2007–2011: Worked in the Finance, Accounting and Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2011–2014: Held various positions in Azercosmos Open Joint Stock Company.

2014–2021: Worked as Director of Finance Department at Azercosmos Open Joint Stock Company.

2021–2025: Served as Chairman of Board of the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2025: Appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
