1985: Graduated from Azerbaijan Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in mechanical engineer.

1999: Graduated from the Science and Education Center of Tafakkur University with a degree in transport construction (railway construction and economy).

2004: Graduated from Tula State University with a Ph.D. in Engineering Science.

Career

1975 – 1976: Worked in various capacities in the field of electric power industry in Kalbajar city.

1976 – 1980: Various positions in the Printing House named after 26 Baku Commissars.

1980 – 1981: Served in various capacities at the Azerdovlet (AzerState) Design Institute.

1982 – 1987: Held various positions in Azernagliyyattikinti Trust.

1987 – 1992: Worked in various positions in the Elektromekhanikleshdirme Trust.

1992 – 1993: Worked as General Director of the Republican Specialized Industrial Road Transport Association of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1993: Appointed as President of Azeravtoyol state-run company by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 20, 1993.

1995: Served as General Director of Avtoarzagnagliyyat Association.

1996 – 1997: Worked as the head of the Procurement Department of the Baku branch of the Azerbaijan State Railway Administration.

1997 – 1999: Worked as the head of Azerdemiryoltikinti Trust.

2000 – 2003: Served as head of Azerdemiryolservis Production Association, Deputy Head of Roads.

2003 – 2007: Worked as head of the Yolnagliyyatservis Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2007: Appointed as Chairman of Azeryolservis OJSC by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 26, 2007.

2015: Appointed as the Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 9, 2015.

2022: Appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 24, 2022.
