1999: He graduated from the Science and Education Center of Tafakkur University with a degree in transport construction (railway construction and economy).

Career

1975 – 1976: He worked in various capacities in the field of electric power industry in Kalbajar city.

1976 – 1980: He held various positions in the Printing House named after 26 Baku Commissars.

1980 – 1981: He served in various capacities at the Azerdovlet (AzerState) Design Institute.

1982 – 1987: He held various positions in Azernagliyyattikinti Trust.

1987 – 1992: He worked in various positions in the Elektromekhanikleshdirme Trust.

1992 – 1993: He worked as General Director of the Republican Specialized Industrial Road Transport Association of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
