Digital Document Circulation

The Digital Document Circulation (DDC) system is a digital platform designed to enable secure, real-time electronic document exchange between government agencies. By eliminating paper-based workflows, the system allows documents to be exchanged faster, more reliably, and more efficiently.

The Digital Document Circulation subsystem was developed and launched by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) in accordance with Decree No. 2279 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated August 1, 2023.

With the implementation of this system, approximately 2 million sheets of paper are saved each month, preventing the felling of over 2,000 trees annually. This contributes both to environmental protection and the more efficient use of state resources.
