Restoration of Radio & TV Broadcasting in Liberated Territories

Within the framework of Decree No. 1170 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 29, 2020, “On the Organization of Temporary Special Administration in the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, and the “First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the restoration of up to 15 radio and television broadcasting stations is planned by the end of 2026.

Between 2020 and 2024, broadcasting was restored at existing stations in Shusha, Kalbajar, Zangilan, Gubadli, Khojavend, Lachin, and Aghdere.

It should be noted that work is currently underway to restore and take additional measures at 10 stations.
