TRT delegation conducts study on broadcasting in Azerbaijan

A delegation of the Turkish Radio and Television Authority (TRT) visiting Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport completed its activities under the programme.

During the visit, the delegation conducted technical inspection and radio monitoring of radio and television stations located in Baku and the regions. Specialists from the Radio & TV Broadcasting and Satellite Communications Production Association, State Administration of Radio Frequencies and Audiovisual Council also took part in this process.

In conclusion, the results of the work performed were discussed.

The delegation will prepare a final report on the visit and submit it to the Azerbaijani side.

The report will include recommendations on how to organize the work of the technical facilities carrying out radio broadcasting in the country in accordance with the regulations on network optimization.

It should be noted that the TRT delegation’s visit to Azerbaijan lasted from 16 to 19 January.
