Technical Committee for the Standardization of Information and Communication Technologies (TC-05) Holds Next Meeting

The Technical Committee for the Standardization of Information and Communication Technologies (TC-05), established within the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, held its next meeting.

During the meeting, the work carried out in line with the 2026 Action Plan, as well as key outstanding issues requiring resolution, were discussed. The meeting also addressed 31 new draft national standards considered relevant to the sector, and it was decided to submit them to the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization for approval. These standards cover digital technologies, electromagnetic compatibility, artificial intelligence, information security, and other sector-specific standards.

The meeting also addressed matters related to membership in TC-05.

Representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Information and Communications Technologies Agency, the State Security Service, the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization, the Azerbaijan Information and Communication Technologies Industry Association, the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Organizations Association, AzInTelecom LLC, Azercosmos, and other TC-05 member organizations also attended the meeting.
