More than 33,000 citizens participated in the ICTA survey

To date, more than 33,000 citizens have participated in a survey conducted by the Information and Communications Technology Agency (ICTA) to assess the quality of fixed internet services.

Launched on 23 July 2026, the survey is being conducted both online and in person at ASAN service and Azerpost centres operating across the country.

The main objective of the survey is to gain insight into the actual experiences of fixed internet users regarding service quality and to assess, based directly on user feedback, the key challenges and expectations faced by consumers, as well as the factors affecting their level of satisfaction.

The survey comprises more than 20 questions across six sections and takes only a few minutes to complete. The questions mainly cover key topics such as internet connection speed and stability, service quality during evening hours, value for money, the time taken to resolve technical issues, communication with service providers, and the quality of customer support.

The survey has also been conducted at all ASAN service centres operating across the country as part of cooperation with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (SAPSSI). ASAN volunteers have been involved in the process, while citizens have also been given the opportunity to participate in the survey through Azerpost LLC service centres.

ICTA regularly monitors consumer satisfaction through requests received from various sources, the “E-Complaint” system, technical measurements, and monitoring activities. The results of the survey will be analysed comprehensively together with this information and will serve as an important information base for improving the quality of fixed internet services, identifying existing shortcomings, and enhancing regulatory measures.

ICTA calls on all citizens who use fixed internet services to actively participate in the survey and share their user experiences.

The online survey will remain open until 20 September.
