Minister Rashad Nabiyev’s Public Reception in Aghdam Rescheduled

Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, will hold a public reception for residents of the Fuzuli, Aghdam and Khojavand districts at the Conference Center in Aghdam on 24 June 2026 at 09:00.

The Minister will meet with citizens to hear their concerns regarding transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services in these regions.

Residents wishing to attend the public reception may register until 23 June 2026 by contacting the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az , or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (extensions 222 and 290).

The public reception will be held in accordance with the June schedule for citizens’ receptions by heads of central executive authorities and other government bodies in cities and districts.
