Minister Rashad Nabiyev meets World Bank Group’s Director for Transport and Logistics

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Bertrand de la Borde, Director for Transport and Logistics at the World Bank Group, on the sidelines of the International Transport Forum Summit.

During the meeting, investment approaches aimed at ensuring the long-term resilience of transport systems and their alignment with future demands were discussed.

The importance of partnerships with international financial institutions in expanding digital infrastructure and strengthening economic resilience was highlighted.

At the same time, views were exchanged on efforts to develop the Baku International Sea Port, the Middle Corridor, and to enhance the country’s transit and logistics potential.
