Meeting of Working Group on Internet Connectivity & Internet Infrastructure held

A meeting of the Working Group on Internet Connectivity and Internet Infrastructure of the Business Environment and International Rankings Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held via video conference. The meeting was chaired by Farid Ahmadov, Head of the Working Group, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport.

The meeting discussed responses to queries on the sub-indicator “Internet” of the World Bank B-Ready report’s “Utilities” indicator and the results of the evaluation. Thus, information was provided on the work done to complete the request and evaluation tables, and views were exchanged on the evaluation criteria for each component.

The meeting was attended by representatives of government agencies that are members of the working group, employees involved in the evaluation of the request for the report, and the Secretariat of the Commission.
