IDDA holds Digital Literacy and Cyber Awareness Trainings in Bilasuvar
Digital Literacy and Cyber Awareness trainings were held in Bilasuvar at the initiative of Bilasuvar District Executive Authority, organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), and the National Artificial Intelligence Center.
The primary objective of the trainings was to enhance the digital skills of civil servants, strengthen their knowledge of cybersecurity, and promote the effective use of modern technological tools. More than 40 employees representing various government institutions operating in Bilasuvar district participated in the sessions.
During the trainings, participants received comprehensive information on the key components of digital literacy, the digital tools commonly used in modern working environment, and guidelines for their secure use, along with practical recommendations. Additionally, a dedicated session on cybersecurity and data protection provided participants with information on security requirements when handling documents, as well as the tools and fundamental principles used to safeguard information resources and systems from cyber risks.
Within the framework of the trainings, participants were also given practical demonstrations of how artificial intelligence tools can be applied in document management, data analysis, and effective time management. The sessions also explored how artificial intelligence can serve as a “digital assistant” for civil servants, enhance analytical capabilities in decision-making, and support the improvement of work productivity.
