ICTA Launches Consumer Satisfaction Survey on Fixed Internet Services

The Information and Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA) has launched an online consumer satisfaction survey to assess users’ experiences with fixed internet services and their overall level of satisfaction.

The survey, launched on 23 July 2026, will remain open until 20 September 2026. Users of fixed internet services and anyone wishing to participate in the survey are invited to share their experiences with ICTA regarding their service provider, internet quality, connection reliability, responsiveness to customer enquiries, technical support, and other service-related issues.

The survey aims to gain deeper insights into the key challenges consumers encounter when using internet services, their expectations of the service, and the factors that influence overall customer satisfaction.

ICTA continuously monitors consumer experience based on data from multiple sources. Consumer enquiries submitted to the Agency, complaints registered through the E-Complaint system, technical measurements of service quality, and monitoring results are all used to assess current market conditions. The consumer satisfaction survey serves as an additional assessment tool, complementing these sources with direct consumer feedback.

The survey findings will not be assessed as a standalone indicator but will be analyzed alongside other data available to ICTA and its monitoring results. The information collected will be used to identify challenges affecting service quality, gain a better understanding of consumer expectations, and support the planning of regulatory measures.

The survey includes questions on internet connection speed and reliability, the service’s value for money, the resolution of technical faults, communication with the service provider, responsiveness to customer enquiries, and overall user experience.

The survey is conducted anonymously. It consists of more than 20 questions across six sections and takes only a few minutes to complete. Respondents are not required to provide any information that could directly identify them.

In addition to participating in the survey online, respondents may also complete the survey at the following branches and offices of Azerpost LLC:

  • AZ1000 Central Shabaka Branch
  • AZ1002 Post Office
  • AZ1138 Yasamal Shabaka Branch
  • AZ5000 Sumgait Central Post Office

ICTA invites all users of fixed internet services to participate in the survey and share their experiences with the service.
