How Does the Consolidation of Government Services on “mygov” Benefit Citizens? – AZERTAC

As in many countries around the world, Azerbaijan is taking significant steps toward the digitalization of government services and their delivery through a unified platform. One of the key components of this transformation is the “mygov” platform, which simplifies citizens’ access to government services and contributes to the development of a more convenient, efficient, and transparent public service delivery model.

On February 11 this year, at a meeting chaired by President Ilham Aliyev and dedicated to the Unified Action Plan entitled “Azerbaijan’s New Digital Architecture,” the Head of State underscored the importance of delivering government services through the “mygov” platform. President Ilham Aliyev also emphasized in his remarks that issues related to digital development will largely determine Azerbaijan’s future development.
