Digital Government Platform Users Exceeded 1.5 Million

The number of registered users of the country’s digital government platform, MyGov, has exceeded 1.5 million. During the first seven months of 2025, there was dynamic growth in the number of people registering on the platform both via the website and the mobile app, as well as in the number of people using digital services and documents.

This year, the number of new registrations on the platform increased by 61% compared to the end of last year, while the number of active users grew by 34%. In the first half of the year, nearly 490,000 new users registered, and in July alone this number reached 107,400. The number of active users on “MyGov” rose to 554,000, setting a record compared to previous periods.

Currently, the MyGov app allows users to obtain a criminal record certificate, information on family composition and marital status, educational records, and military service information; issue powers of attorney; update utility subscriber data; provide information on outstanding debts; receive vaccination records, electronic prescriptions, referrals to treatment, laboratory test results, and medical certificates; pay for services with bank cards; and access other services and information. At the same time, through cooperation with government agencies, accessing certain other services related to life events—such as marriage, birth, and death certificates—has become more convenient and accessible for citizens via the platform.

In addition, the functionality of MyGov ID has significantly contributed to the increased use of digital services. MyGov ID provides users with secure and convenient access to government and private institution systems via QR code. Furthermore, it offers advanced features such as updating personal information, changing passwords, multi-factor authentication, managing access keys (passkeys), and controlling data-sharing permissions.

Currently, 386 services are provided digitally through the platform. The most in-demand services include obtaining certificates, registering for utility and government services, and using electronic documents. As a result of the digitalization of government services, the number of service requests submitted via MyGov has increased more than fivefold in the first seven months of this year compared to the end of 2024.

Based on the amendments to the legislation, significant steps have been taken to reduce the use of paper, accelerate the transition to a paperless government, and advance the development of digital government. Specifically, it has been officially approved that 27 documents can be submitted digitally through the MyGov platform and hold the same legal force as their physical counterparts, and the law has come into effect. As a result of these changes, the number and variety of digital documents and information available on the platform have increased significantly compared to last year, with new types of documents added to meet the daily needs of citizens. Currently, the number of digital documents and information integrated into the MyGov platform has reached 67. These documents are provided to citizens digitally via MyGov without the need for physical media. As a result, in the first seven months of this year, the number of digital documents used on the MyGov platform increased by 31% compared to the end of last year, reaching 1.33 million.

Recently, the MyGov mobile app has ranked among the most downloaded apps in the country, securing first place on the iOS platform and leading in the “Productivity” category, surpassing other popular apps on both iOS and Android. Although it has been less than a year since the platform was updated, the number of registered users has already exceeded 1.5 million, highlighting the progress made in this area, the growing demand for digital services among citizens, and strong trust in the MyGov platform.

Against the backdrop of expanded platform capabilities and improved user convenience, this growth trend is expected to continue in the coming periods.
