Aztelecom LLC provides Balaken region with high-speed Internet

Aztelecom LLC has created an opportunity to connect 96% of existing households and business entities in Balaken region to high-speed Internet through GPON technology. Apart from the regional center, the construction of the network has been fully completed and broadband internet services have been provided to the residents in all villages. Connection of new subscribers continues.

With the introduction of the new GPON technology, subscribers are offered higher-speed Internet packages (from 30 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s). The packages are as follows:

–Internet

–Internet+telephony

–Internet+television

– Internet+telephony+television

The cost of services varies from 18 to 54 AZN, depending on the selected tariff and user requirements.

To connect to the services, citizens can call the hotline 170 of Aztelecom LLC, apply to the territorial service department (address: Balaken city, Mammad Asadov St. 5) or submit an application through the  official website of the company.

It should be noted that in 2017–2023, about 2 million households and business entities in Azerbaijan got access to broadband Internet. This represents 66% of existing households and business entities in the country.
