User Base of “MyGov” Exceeds 2 Million

The user base of “MyGov,” the country’s leading digital government platform, has surpassed 2 million. Throughout 2025, the platform has seen a significant increase in the number of citizens joining via both its web portal and mobile application.

Over 1 million citizens registered on the platform this year alone, which represents more than a twofold increase compared to the end of last year. The number of active users who regularly log in and consistently utilize digital services now stands at 800,000.

The platform currently offers more than 400 digital services.

This year, the most frequently accessed documents included ID card details, employment details, family composition data, driver’s license information, and marriage records. Usage in this category was largely driven by the QR sharing and document download features. At present, the platform provides 69 types of digital documents and data. In 2025, digital data access count by citizens doubled compared to the same period last year, reaching approximately 2.2 million.

Among the services most frequently requested by citizens are criminal record certificates, mobile device registration, certificate of family composition, single status certificate, and powers of attorney for the use of vehicles. A total of 37 government services have been redesigned and fully digitalized on the platform. This year, the number of requests for these services increased more than tenfold compared to the same period last year, exceeding 220,000.

Several key digital features have significantly contributed to the increase in the number of users on the “MyGov” platform. The “MyGov ID” feature has played a key role in this growth, enabling citizens to easily and quickly access systems of both public and private institutions via QR code. In addition, the “Permission Management” feature has made the platform more user-friendly, secure, and convenient by allowing citizens to control the sharing of their personal data. The newly introduced feature for sending and receiving letters to and from government agencies has also elevated the citizen-centric digital service experience to a higher level.

Through the “MyGov” application, citizens can currently access a wide range of digital services, including criminal record certificates, family composition and marital status information, education and military service records, issuance of powers of attorney, updates to utility subscriber information, debt and healthcare data, employment verification, signing of labor contracts, travel permits to the liberated territories, payment options using bank cards, and many other digital services. At the same time, services related to major life events—such as obtaining marriage, birth, and death certificates—have become more convenient and accessible for citizens through the platform, thanks to ongoing collaboration with government agencies.

Thanks to the platform’s enhanced capabilities and improved user experience, this growth trend is expected to continue.
