Tickets for 13 routes go on sale on biletim.az portal

As part of the work done towards electronization of services provided by Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and  ensuring digital transformation in this area, online tickets for regular intercity and interregional regular bus routes have gone on sale on the biletim.az portal.

At the initial stage, tickets for 13 routes – from the capital Baku to Ganja, Gazakh, Barda, Mingachevir, Shaki, Zagatala, Gakh, Guba, Gusar, Khudat, Astara and Lankaran as well as for buses in the opposite direction are available for purchase 10 days in advance. At the early stage, 25 carriers have joined the portal, which has a number of advantages in terms of saving time, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing the turnover of cashless payments in the country.

To buy a ticket, passengers must visit the website biletim.az and register. Biletim mobile app of the system is also available. The mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

The online ticketing system will gradually cover all carriers and bus service stations operating in this field.
