Tekken7 competition kicked off as part of European Esports Championship

Seventeen Europe’s strongest eSports players have qualified for the final round of the Tekken7 competition.

 

Tekken7 competition of the European Esports Championship has launched as part of the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival which is being held for the first time in Baku on 26–29 May, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.

 

A total of 17 participants from Azerbaijan, Turkey, France, Georgia, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Northern Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Wales, Malta and Sweden started to compete in Tekken7.

 

The winners of the championship, which kicked off at Baku Crystal Hall on 27 May, will be announced by the jury on May 28.

 

It should be noted that the European Esports Federation and Azerbaijani Esports Federation are the organizers of the championship. In addition, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport provides organizational and financial support to the international tournament.
