Sumgayit – Lachin Bus Service Launches

Within the framework of the “Great Return” Program, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) is launching a regular Sumgayit–Lachin bus service aimed at providing high-quality transportation services to citizens resettling in the liberated territories.

Starting February 23, buses will depart daily from the Sumgayit Bus Terminal at 07:00, while return services from Lachin will depart at 17:30. The fare for the Sumgayit–Lachin route has been set at 16.60 AZN.

The cities of Khojaly, Khankendi, and Shusha have been designated as intermediate stops along the route. Fares have been set as follows: Sumgayit–Khojaly – 14.30 AZN, Sumgayit–Khankendi – 14.80 AZN, and Sumgayit–Shusha – 15.20 AZN.

Tickets are available exclusively online via the “biletim.az” portal.

It should be reminded that when Azerbaijani citizens purchase tickets through the “biletim.az” portal or mobile application, permits required for entry into the liberated territories are issued automatically.
