Ministry’s staff visited Alley of Martyrs

On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the 20 January tragedy, the staff of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport visited the Alley of Martyrs.

Fresh carnations were laid on the graves of heroic sons of the Motherland who gave their lives for the freedom, independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and their memories were honored with deep sorrow.

It should be noted that the victims of the 1990 events are symbolically called “martyrs of 20 January”. In total, there are 150 martyrs of 20 January in Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani people honor the memories of the martyrs of 20 January with deep respect. Every year the anniversary of the tragedy is accompanied by mass visits.
