About Ministry

Based on Decree No.1464 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 11 October 2021, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies was renamed the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The aim was to increase the implementation of digitalization and innovation in the country, develop radio spectrum management, communication and information technologies, improve regulatory mechanisms and create a healthy competitive environment.

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is the central executive authority implementing state policy and regulation in the fields of transport (except for cases determined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), including maritime transport and civil aviation, communications (telecommunications and post), e-government, high technologies (information technologies, microelectronics, nano, bio and other innovative science-intensive technologies)
The ministry implements state policy and regulation in the fields of transport, communications, e-government and high technologies.

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport with the support of the Public Union Zafar: Support for Martyrs’ Families has organized a celebration for children of martyrs on the occasion of the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year.

At the celebration, various games were organized, and interesting scenes were shown to entertain the children.

In conclusion, the children were presented with gifts from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
