Today, several internet telecommunications operators and service providers experienced temporary disruptions.

A large-scale DDoS cyberattack targeted Delta Telecom, one of the main backbone operators providing internet traffic to the country.

As part of the country’s Internet Service Continuity Plan, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport immediately redirected internet providers to alternative backbone operator networks.

In a short time, users were provided with access to the internet.

As a result of these measures, the cyberattack on Delta Telecom was quickly prevented, and the company’s services have been restored.
