Ministry of Digital Development and Transport holds educational social campaign as part of “Year of Heydar Aliyev”

As part of the “Year of Heydar Aliyev”, an educational social campaign was organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, in partnership with the Public Union “Zafar”: Support for Martyrs’ Families, the Information & Communication Technologies Applying and Training Center LLC (ICT LAB) and Hedef STEAM Lyceum.

Trainings organized in the village of Khoruzlu in Tartar region for senior secondary school students covered topics such as the basics of information technologies, social media marketing, engineering and mechanics.

The main goal of the trainings is to increase the knowledge and skills of students living in rural areas in the field of information technologies, the level of awareness in the social marketing, and eliminate the digital divide between urban and rural schools.

At the end of the educational event, which aroused great interest of schoolchildren, answers were given to their questions on the topics of trainings and certificates were awarded.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport donated printers to the school and backpacks and school supplies to the students.
