Minister Rashad Nabiyev’s Public Reception in Khachmaz Rescheduled

The public reception to be held by Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev with residents of the Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz districts, originally scheduled for 3 July 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Khachmaz Museum of History and Local Lore, has been postponed.

The public will be informed in advance of the new date of the reception.
