Minister Rashad Nabiyev visited martyr family in Gabala

As part of his visit to the city of Gabala in connection with the reception of citizens, Digital Development and Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev visited the family of martyr Elmaddin Mohammed oghlu Mustafayev.
