Minister Rashad Nabiyev to Receive Citizens in Gabala

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will hold a public reception for residents of the Oghuz, Ismayilli and Gabala districts at the Cultural Centre in Gabala on 16 October 2026 at 10:00.

The Minister will hear citizens’ concerns regarding transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services in these regions.

Residents wishing to attend the reception may register by 15 October 2026 via the official website of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az , or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (extensions 222 and 290).

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the October schedule for citizen receptions by the heads of central executive authorities and other government bodies in cities and districts.
