About Ministry

Based on Decree No.1464 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 11 October 2021, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies was renamed the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The aim was to widen the implementation of digitalization and innovation in the country, develop radio spectrum management, communication and information technologies, improve regulatory mechanisms and create a healthy competitive environment.

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is the central executive authority implementing state policy and regulation in the fields of transport (except for cases determined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), including maritime transport and civil aviation, communications (telecommunications and post), e-government, high technologies (information technologies, microelectronics, nano, bio and other innovative science-intensive technologies)
The ministry implements state policy and regulation in the fields of transport, communications, e-government and high technologies.

Minister Rashad Nabiyev to receive citizens in Fuzuli

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will receive residents of Beylagan, Imishli, Khojavend, and Fuzuli districts at Heydar Aliyev Center in the city of Horadiz of Fuzuli district on 25 July 2025 at 09:00.

The minister will meet with citizens in these regions to discuss their concerns regarding transport, telecommunications, including internet, television, and radio broadcasting and postal services.

Citizens may register for the reception until 24 July 2025 through the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az, or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (ext. 222 and 290).

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by heads of central executive and local administrative bodies in cities and districts in July 2025.
