Minister Rashad Nabiyev to Meet with Citizens in Barda

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will receive residents of the Tartar, Aghdam, Goranboy, Aghjabadi and Barda districts, as well as the city of Naftalan, at the Telecommunications Hub in Barda on 4 September 2026 at 09:30.

The Minister will meet with citizens to hear their views and concerns on issues related to transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services in these regions.

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the September schedule for citizen receptions by the heads of central executive authorities and other government bodies in cities and districts.
