Minister Rashad Nabiyev Speaks at the Black Sea – Strategic Partnership Panel within the Global Gateway Forum 2025

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev took part in the Black Sea – Strategic Partnership Panel held as part of the Global Gateway Forum 2025 in Brussels.

Speaking at the panel, Minister Nabiyev highlighted Azerbaijan’s increasing geoeconomic role within the Eurasian region. He outlined the country’s innovative initiatives in transport and digitalization, noting that these efforts are transforming Azerbaijan into a secure and high-speed information corridor, as well as a digital bridge between Europe and Asia.

The Minister emphasized that the progress achieved in infrastructure development not only serves national interests but also contributes to regional sustainability. He underscored the strategic importance of the Baku–Nakhchivan–Kars and Zangezur corridors in establishing resilient and flexible transportation connectivity in the region.
