Minister Rashad Nabiyev Receives Citizens in Aghdam

On 24 June, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev received residents of the Fuzuli, Aghdam and Khojavand districts at a public reception held at the Conference Center in Aghdam.

During the public reception, citizens’ appeals concerning transport, telecommunications, including internet services, television and radio broadcasting, as well as postal services, were reviewed.

The heads of the Ministry’s relevant bodies were instructed to ensure that the appeals are examined promptly and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.

Some of the issues raised in citizens’ appeals were resolved immediately, while appeals concerning matters outside the scope of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport were registered and will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.

It should be noted that the reception was held in accordance with the June 2026 schedule of public receptions by heads of central executive authorities and other administrative bodies in cities and districts.
