Minister Rashad Nabiyev met with ambassadors of three countries in Azerbaijan

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Ilhom Abdurahmon on August 27.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the issues of expanding cooperation between the two countries in the field of transport, including within the Middle Corridor, and issues related to the transportation of Tajik goods through Azerbaijan. The sides also exchanged views on Tajikistan’s participation in COP29, which will be held in Baku in November 2024.

Minister Rashad Nabiyev also met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Azerbaijan Mohammed Al Blushi. The meeting discussed the prospects for cooperation in the ICT field between the two countries and preparations for COP29 in Baku.

On the same day, Minister Rashad Nabiyev also met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Yuriy Husyev. Issues of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of transport and ICT were discussed at the meeting.
