Minister Rashad Nabiyev Meets with UK Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Duncan Norman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Azerbaijan.

The meeting discussed ways to expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UK in transport, digital development, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

An exchange of views also took place on the UK’s potential contribution to the development of the Middle Corridor, as well as opportunities for cooperation with leading British companies on the implementation of data centre and other digital infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan.

The meeting also discussed the development and adoption of an Azerbaijan–UK Roadmap covering the areas outlined above.
