Minister Rashad Nabiyev Meets with the UK Minister of State for Trade at the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Anas Sarwar, Minister of State for Trade at the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The meeting focused on the development of strategic partnership between the two countries, with particular emphasis on expanding cooperation in transport, digital development, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

A Memorandum of Understanding, together with a Roadmap on cooperation in transport and digital development, was signed. The sides also agreed to establish a Joint Working Group to coordinate the implementation of the measures envisaged in the document.

The sides also exchanged views on the development of transport infrastructure and opportunities for financing priority projects.
