JOINT STATEMENT by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the State Security Service, the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security, and the State Housing Development Agency

Today, another housing selection process was successfully completed through the “Affordable Housing” electronic system.

In accordance with the instructions of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, another significant result has been achieved in ensuring the accessibility, transparency and security of services provided to citizens in the digital environment.

On 4 September 2026, a total of 535 apartments located in the State Housing Development Agency’s projects — Lankaran Residential Complex, Shirvan Residential Complex and Yevlakh Residential Complex — were successfully sold through the “Affordable Housing” system.

The sales process was carried out in a fully secure, uninterrupted and equitable manner thanks to the close, unified and coordinated efforts of specialists from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the State Security Service, the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security, and the State Housing Development Agency.

The coordinated cooperation of the relevant government agencies and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by each agency within its respective area of responsibility were key to this success.

Today’s housing sale once again demonstrated that Azerbaijan is one of the leading countries in providing high-quality, reliable and innovative citizen-centred services in the digital environment.

The State Housing Development Agency will continue to introduce innovations aimed at improving the sales process and ensuring transparency.
