Discussions underway on Common Aviation Area Agreement between Azerbaijan and European Union

Employees of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies are attending the technical workshop on aviation in Brussels. The workshop was organized as a continuation of the meetings held as part of the visit of Director-General for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission Henrik Hololei to our country in February this year. A bilateral meeting on aviation is scheduled for May 8. The purpose of the meeting and the event is to discuss the next round of negotiations and subsequent stages on the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 

It should be noted that the representatives of the ministry’s sectors for civil aviation and work with international organizations, representatives of State Civil Aviation Agency, Azeraeronavigasiya Air Traffic Control Administration of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC are present at the events.
