The Deputy Minister noted that artificial intelligence is developing faster than previous technological waves and that this process requires an integrated approach encompassing infrastructure, energy, human capital, cybersecurity, regulation and investment. It was noted that the global agenda is now moving from strategic vision to implementation, and that Azerbaijan is ready for this stage.
