Deputy Minister Meets with Greek Deputy Minister of the Interior

Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samaddin Asadov met with Paraskevi Charalampogianni, Greece’s Deputy Minister of the Interior, at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of digital development.

Samaddin Asadov briefed the Greek delegation on the efforts undertaken in Azerbaijan to advance digitalisation and promote the innovation ecosystem. He noted that key digital initiatives, including mygov, Digital Bridge, Digital Login and SİMA, facilitate the integration of public services into a unified electronic system, streamline data exchange, and provide citizens with convenient access to public services.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on prospects for digital transformation, the modernisation of public administration, and the expansion of bilateral cooperation in these areas.
