Appeal Board of Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies holds regular meeting

The Appeal Board established in the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies in accordance with Decree No.762 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 3, 2016 “On creation of appeal boards in central and local executive authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan” has held its regular meeting.

The appeal of Avand Company LLC was considered at the meeting chaired by First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ali Abdullayev.

The complaint was partially satisfied, and the State Road Transport Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies was instructed to take measures to control the activities of the Baku International Bus Station Complex  for  compliance with the requirements of the passport issued to it in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Licenses and Permits”, “On regulation of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship and  protection of interests of entrepreneurs” and “On termination of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship”.
