All Azerpost branches start accepting aid for quake victims in Turkiye
Azerpost LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is supporting a large-scale aid campaign in Azerbaijan to help those affected by the earthquake in Turkiye.
From today, Azerpost post offices across the country start accepting and sending aid. No fee is charged for services. However, parcels are accepted and packaged in the normal postal delivery method, i.e. the items to be sent are processed and packaged with the citizen’s participation.
Citizens are asked to follow the requirements set by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) of the Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs when preparing aid. Please be informed that used clothing and garments will not be accepted in terms of hygiene conditions and epidemic risks.
In addition, perishable and non-transportable products are not accepted.
