ADA University completes trainings for employees of Ministry of Digital Development & Transport

The closing ceremony of the training programme implemented within the joint cooperation between ADA University’s Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT) of the Republic of Azerbaijan took place on 22 June. The event, held at ADA University, celebrated the achievements and professional development of participants in intensive training.

The training programme, which started last October, brought together 200 employees representing various agencies of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The programme  held with the aim of strengthening the capacity of professionals working in the Ministry and improving staff performance, provided participants with invaluable knowledge and practical skills through various sessions and interactive workshops.

Director of Specialization Programmes at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy Nargiz Ismayilova made a welcoming speech at the event and thanked the organizers, guests and participants for their role in the successful implementation of the programme. She reported that the programme included a number of sessions, seminars and practical exercises, which allowed participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of 11 topics.

Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport and Head of the Human Resources Management Department Fidan Farzaliyeva congratulated the participants on completing the programme and expressed confidence that the skills gained during the programme would help them succeed in their future careers.

Aygun Hajiyeva, Advisor to the Vice-Rector for Government, External and Student Affairs at ADA University and Deputy Director of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy, spoke about the efforts undertaken jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport to promote the professional development of participants and the importance of cooperation in this area.

After the professionals who participated in the eight-month intensive programme shared their impressions, they were presented with certificates and a memorable photo was taken.
