Ministry of Digital Development and Transport holds tree-planting action as part of “Year of Heydar Aliyev”

As part of the “Year of Heydar Aliyev”, a tree-planting action was held in Khoruzlu village of Tartar region.

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, employees of the ministry and the staff of a senior secondary school in the village of Khoruzlu took part in the event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

During the action, 30 Eldar pines, 30 cypresses, 30 thujas and 10 ash-trees were planted on the specified area; irrigation work was done, and agrotechnical care was carried out.

It should be noted that the purpose of the action was to honour the memory of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, who attached special importance to protecting and improving the environment in our country, as well as to contribute to nature by expanding green areas and helping to restore the ecological balance in the region.
