Webinar entitled “The Full Lifecycle of Machine Learning Projects” organized as part of InnoWeek – Innovation Week

An online event entitled “The Full Lifecycle of Machine Learning Projects” was organized by Girls Code Azerbaijan as part of InnoWeek – Innovation Week 2020 within the framework of the “Robopark” project of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.

Speaking at the event, Director of ICT Applying and Training Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rauf Jabarov noted that there is a need for organization of webinars and conducting awareness-building to increase the number of specialists in the field of machine learning in Azerbaijan.

Machine Learning Engineer at the Estonian company Mooncascade Gunay Abdullayeva shared her experience in the relevant sector with the participants.

Over 400 people were registered to participate in the webinar. Around 750 observers joined the event. Roughly 50 participants received answers to their questions.

Interesting processes such as general approach to machine learning projects, model training and testing, the process of providing estimates, and the importance of model diversity were discussed at the webinar.
