Support from ministry to campaign “We are strong together”!

The social campaign launched by Heydar Aliyev Foundation in order to support the measures taken by the government during the application of the period of a special quarantine regime in connection with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues.

The aim of the campaign under the slogan “We are strong together” is to bring together low-income families and other persons belonging to vulnerable groups and those who want to provide them with social aid during the quarantine regime and to expand civic solidarity in this work.

As part of the campaign, food aid is distributed to this category of families across the country on the basis of appeals received.

The Foundation’s Regional Development Public Union provides assistance in the preparation and delivery of this aid to addresses based on appeals received by 150 call center.

As part of the campaign, packages with various food products will be distributed to over 100,000 families.

Delivery of food aid to the regions and its maintenance in special conditions before distribution will be carried out with the support of the Agrarian Supply and Procurement Open Joint-Stock Company, and Azerpost LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies will ensure that this aid is delivered to the families.

The campaign will continue during the quarantine regime.

Low-income families in need of food products can apply to the 150 call center of the Regional Development Public Union.
