State Road Transport Service launches project Guide for Carriers

The State Road Transport Service under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is launching a new project. In order to improve the quality of road transport services, ensure citizen satisfaction, attract investment in road transport, increase the number of carriers and expand the supply in the transport market, the State Road Transport Service has created a service called Guide for Carriers.

The project will educate, advise and answer questions about the requirements of the current legislation, peculiarities of road transport and other areas based on requests from those who are engaged in or want to engage in business activities in the road transport sector. If need be, short-term trainings will be provided for entrepreneurs.

The service Guide for Carriers covers the following directions:

– Organization of entrepreneurial activities in the field of road transport;

– Procedures for involving carriers to regular passenger transportation;

– Interaction with bus terminals and bus stations;

– Features of tax payments for passenger and cargo transportation by road transport means;

– Drivers’ working and rest time regulations;

– Permit Forms for International Road Transport and Multilateral Permits of International Transport Forum;

– International road transport carried out using the IFT brochure (International Freight Transport);

– Execution of International Consignment Note (CMR);

– Import of vehicles.
