Registration for Rocket League European Championship within TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan continues
Registration for the European Rocket League Championship, which will take place as part of the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival, continues.
It should be noted that TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan will be held for the first time in Baku on 26 – 29 May this year, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.
The strongest teams of Azerbaijan and Europe will compete for the prize fund at the European Rocket League Championship.
Cyber athletes wishing to participate in the international event can register for the national qualifying round by visiting the website https://baku2022.azkif.az/.
According to the terms of the competition, Azerbaijani citizens over the age of 16 are eligible to take part in the event. The competition will be organized in a team format (3x3 format) in Baku Crystal Hall. Some 160 teams from Europe are expected to take part in the international competition.
It should be noted that the organizers of the international event are the European and Azerbaijani Cyber Sports Federations. In addition, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport provides organizational and financial support to the international tournament.
The prize fund of the Rocket League is USD15,000.
The deadline for applications is 1 April 2022.
