Registration for online trainings to be held as part of Digital Girls – National Training Program began
Social project Digital Girls – National Training Program, initiated and supported by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and UNESCO, and organized by the ICT Applying and Training Center (ICT LAB), is being implemented successfully.
The objective of the project is to develop digital skills in women and support their personal development.
During the special quarantine regime, the project is ongoing through trainings in online format.
Next trainings for schoolgirls and young girls will be held on June 9-10 in Zagatala, Shamakhy, Mingachevir, Gabala, Aghdash and Shabran, as well as on June 11-12 in Baku.
Schoolgirls and young girls living in the above-mentioned regions can register to participate in the trainings at this link. The registration deadline is June 7, 2020, at 18:00.
At the two-day trainings to be conducted by instructors of the ICT Applying and Training Center, girls, along with computer technologies, will also be able to learn personal development skills and ways to achieve success with their application. They will also learn about the possibilities of building a successful career in ICT.
Active participants of the trainings will be awarded certificates and gifts.
It should be noted that the project is being carried out successfully in various regions of the country with the support of its major partner – the Regional Development Public Association. Moreover, the project is supported by local executive bodies of various cities and regions, Aztelecom LLC and the WoWoman platform.
