Postage stamp on occasion of 140th anniversary of establishment of telephone communications in Azerbaijan issued

Azerpost LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has issued a postage stamp on the occasion of 140th anniversary of establishment of telephone communications in Azerbaijan.

The issue has been prepared in the form of a small sheet of eight postage stamps. The postage stamp, authored by artist Vugar Eyyubov, was printed in Bobruisk Integrated Printing House in Belarus with a print run of 10,000 copies.

Along with the postage stamp, 200 First Day Covers were printed.

It should be noted that today is a professional holiday of workers in the field of communications and information technologies in Azerbaijan and the 140th anniversary of the establishment of telephone communications in our country.
