MTCHT Appeal Board holds its next meeting

The Appeal Board established in the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT)  held a regular meeting. The meeting considered the issue on the agenda – the appeal number CEO_26008, submitted by Bakcell LLC.

At the meeting, which was held with the participation of the invited representatives of Bakcell LLC and Aztelecom, it was noted that the appeal has been thoroughly investigated, the mentioned problems have been eliminated and for this reason the complaint has been withdrawn.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Appeal Board, a protocol was drawn up on the proceedings of the meeting, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, a relevant decision was adopted to terminate the proceedings on this issue.

At the meeting, it was also recommended that the quality of services provided by the organizations should be improved and all necessary measures should be taken to ensure fruitful activities.
